Purchases of jewelry from our online store may be returned within 14 days from the date that your package is received. All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact email@example.com to authorize a return. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Please include the original packing slip and packaging with the return shipment. We advise that you purchase insurance.
All items returned must be unworn and undamaged. If the above conditions are met, we will issue a refund minus any initial shipping charges.

E.R. Butler & Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for items other than jewelry, such as furnishings or architectural hardware.
Packages will be shipped within five business days of your order. Tracking information will be sent via email once your package is in transit. All packages require a signature for delivery.
If an item has arrived damaged, contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours. Photos are required of both packaging and damaged goods. Please do not throw out the box or original packaging, as this is required to process a claim.
Residents of Massachusetts and New York will be charged all applicable sales tax.
